Remote Access Tools

SCS staff may ask you to use one of the following remote access tools:

SCS staff will tell you which link to click on.
When downloading, choose to run the program if you have the option to do so.
If not, download it and run it from your hard drive.

Simple Help Remote (Windows)

1. Save the SimpleHelpOnline remote-scsnet.co.uk.exe file
2. Double click on the SimpleHelpOnline-remote.scsnet.co.uk.exe and accept any prompts.
3. Click "Connect and enter your details", Accept the agreement and enter your name then press Submit.

Simple Help Remote (Mac)

1. Save the SimpleHelpOnline.dmg file
2. Double click on the SimpleHelpOnline.dmg file and a new "SimpleHelp Customer Support" window should open.
3. Double click on the SimpleHelpCustomer.app.
4. Click "Connect and enter your details", Accept the agreement and enter your name then press Submit.

SCS Single Click Remote

Once you have run this file, you will be presented with a window with "Connection 1" to "Connection 4".
SCS staff will tell you which connection to double-click.
