IT Support

The core of our business is IT support.

We pride ourselves on our Flexible Support Agreements. Although many of our clients run on similar support agreements, we recognise that there is no such thing as 'one size fits all'.

A typical support client would pay a set regular fee for unlimited telephone, email and remote support, including admin tasks such as adding and removing user accounts, setting file permissions, changing firewall rules etc. Server software would be covered as well as the operating system and Office software on the workstations. We would also monitor Internet connectivity and server connection.

This type of support agreement is basically using us as an outsourced IT department.

However, this is just an example. If you'd prefer a pay as you go option, that's fine. A trial period? No problem.

 

 

Perhaps you don't want us to take over all of the IT support - maybe you'd like us to provide 2nd-level support only, server support only, or cover for when the on-site staff are unavailable?
